Before you start
Are my files uploaded?
No. The free browser tools and visual editor process selected files in your browser. Files are not sent to the PDF Work Today server by these tools.
How does the visual editor work?
Open Edit PDF, select a file, then place editable text, highlights, shapes or an image directly on the page. It exports the visual result as a PDF. Editing text already embedded inside a PDF is a separate cloud feature and will be labelled when available.
Why do I see an advertisement area?
Free tools need a sustainable business model. Advertisement spaces are clearly labelled, and a future paid plan is intended to reduce or remove advertising.
